A Love Letter to the Land

Hands That Came Before Us
Long before the glass walls of our resort stood over the Bisri Valley, there were the hands of our grandparents. They didn’t have modern presses or architectural blueprints; they had a deep, silent understanding of the limestone soil and a bone-deep respect for the olive trees of Jezzine. They taught us that a tree is not just a crop, but a member of the family—one that requires patience, sweat, and a little bit of soul.
House Of The Land was born from the desire to make sure those hands—and the stories they told—were never forgotten.
Continuing the Legacy
We are a small family business with a big dream: to take the ancient rhythm of our ancestors and give it a modern heartbeat. While we’ve added a contemporary eco-edge to our home, the core of what we do remains unchanged. We still wake up with the mountain mist, we still check the soil by hand, and we still believe that the best olive oil is the kind that carries the peppery sting of the high-altitude air and the warmth of a Lebanese sunset.
We didn’t just inherit a farm; we inherited a responsibility to the earth and to you.

Your Seat at Our Table
When you visit us, you aren’t a “customer” or a “tourist.” You are stepping into our family’s ongoing story. We built this space so you could feel the same rough bark our grandfather felt, smell the same earth our grandmother loved, and leave with a bottle of oil that you didn’t just buy—but brought to life with your own hands.
From our family to yours, welcome to the heights of Jezzine. Welcome to the House Of The Land.
